Susana Blanco-Novoa

PhD in Education and Master in Performing Arts from the University of Vigo. Obtains a superior degree in music specializing in cello at the Superior Music Conservatory of Vigo. She has carried out her teaching activity for more than fifteen years in music schools and conservatories in the Galician community, being since 2009 a cello and chamber music teacher at the Vilagarcía de Arousa Professional Conservatory of Music.

She is trained in educational psychology, specializing in Learning and Behavior Disorders, in addition to the Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude for teaching music in Secondary Education and the certifications of University Expert in Music Psychology and Training and Coaching from UNED. His current lines of research focus on academic motivation, motivational climate and musical self-concept.

As a performer, she has collaborated with different orchestras but is currently focused on chamber music and multidisciplinary projects that combine music with other artistic disciplines.
